EMBLEMA, BANDERA, HIMNO, FUEGO E IDIOMAS

El Emblema Oficial de la Organización es un símbolo que consiste en tres discos atravesados de izquierda a derecha por una jabalina de color negro. El primer disco, a la izquierda, tiene borde Amarillo y campo rojo. El segundo, en medio, borde verde y campo blanco y el tercero, a la derecha, borde naranja y campo azul. Los círculos concéntricos y por donde pasa la jabalina son de color negro y oro.

La bandera es de color blanco en forma rectangular. Tiene de longitud vez y media su ancho y lleva en el centro el emblema descrito en el centro el emblema descrito en el Artículo 5.

El Himno oficial de los Juegos es el que fue ejecutado en la Ciudad de México, durante la celebración de los VII Juegos Deportivos Centroamericanos y del Caribe.

Los idiomas oficiales de la Organización, son el castellano y el inglés. En caso de discrepancia en los textos prevalencerá la versión en castellano.


EMBLEM, BANNER, HYMN, FLAME AND LANGUAGES

The official emblem it's a symbol which consists of three colorful dials pierced by a black javelin from left to right. The left dial has yellow border and red filler. The center dial has green border and white filler, and the right one has orange border and blue filler. The concentric circles traversed by the javelin are black and gold.

The rectangular banner is white. Its width is 1.5 times its height and features in the center the emblem labeled in article 5.

The official hymn of the games is the one performed in Ciudad de Mexico during the 7th Central American & Caribbean Games.

The official organization's languages are Spanish and English. In case of disagreement in the texts, the Spanish version shall prevail.

The project for ODECABE was announced on August 25, 1959 and was ratified and officially established on February 8-10, 1960.
