Description

Regional Council of Emeq Lod (meaning Lod Valley) is situated in the shore plain, west of Lod and Ramla, east of Rishon LeZiyyon and south of Ben Gurion International Airport. Est. 1952, has 8,800 inh. in 9 settlements; the city hall is at Kefar Chabad.

The only flag that is hoisted on the city hall at a photo at <www.hageula.com> is the "Massiah" flag.
Regional Council of Emeq Lod govern 8 Moshav's: Akhi'ezer, Ganot, Zeytan, Hemed, Yagel and Mishmar HaShiva'a and the community of Kefar Chabad.
