Mumbles Yacht Club (United Kingdom)
Location: near Swansea, South
Wales.

Burgee: Pennant. Light Blue upper field, Dark
Blue lower field. White gull silhouette over field.
"On May 30th, 1938 Bryan
Andrews convened a meeting [at the Pilot Hotel] which resulted in the formation
of the Mumbles Yacht Club."

The website is currently at http://mumblesyachtclub.co.uk. A drawing like Peter sends can be found at http://mumblesyachtclub.co.uk/media/mycburgee.jpg. It is a 2:3 pennant light blue over dark blue over all a white seagull in flight. But it's not quite that simple. On the regalia page, the photograph of the burgee shows the actual burgee isn't quite the same as the artwork in the background. In reality, the gull is smaller, and closer to the hoist.
Having a look around the site yields the
rules of the Mumbles
Yacht Club, which have:
3. CLUB INSIGNIA
The Club Flag shall be the
British Red Ensign, the Burgee to be a white seagull on a background of divided
light and dark blue ...
This tells us that both the artwork and the real
burgee are correct.
The club flag as flown from the club house appears to
be a larger version of the burgee. I have not encountered any references to
special standards for flag officers or other specific flags used by the club.
