The Antrim Boat Club is established at Antrim, Northern Ireland (UK) – in their own words: http://antrimboatclub.co.uk/:

“Located on the sheltered north east shore of Lough Neagh Antrim Boat Club sits in woodland just a short walk along the beach from Shanes Castle. Most of our events take place in Antrim Bay giving a safe area of about six square miles while at any time never being out of sight of land. As one of the leading sailing clubs on Lough Neagh, Antrim Boat Club hosts a range of sailing events [and] many windsurfing and jet skiing events as well as accommodating and promoting a wide variety of other water sports activates on the Lough.”

As stated in the Rules, 1. of first section, “the burgee of the club shall be a white flying swan on a blue background” (indeed best shown oriented towards the fly): http://antrimboatclub.co.uk/msc/ABC_rules.pdf.
