The University of Warwick is a public research university in Coventry,
England. It was founded in 1965.
The University flag is inner arms of the coat of arms (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Warwick#/media/File:Warwick_Crest.svg) on a horizontal flag as seen here: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CaSrLGPXEAIMNyJ.jpg (picture on the left) (source: https://twitter.com/naked_rowers, the rowing club of the University). This picture was taken on February 3 of 2016 "outside University House in celebration of LGBT History Month (under the hashtag) #LGBTHM (https://twitter.com/hashtag/lgbthm).
There seems to be another version of the University of Warwick (possibly an older version), which is the name of the University in black capital letters over a blue horizontal background as seen here: http://www.edupath.com.cn/uploads/img1/20151010/56187bfccfa15.jpg (source: http://www.edupath.com.cn/school/university-of-warwick.html). This other version, seems to have other color backgrounds as seen here: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/communications/medialibrary/images/november2015/flags1.jpg and http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/communications/medialibrary/images/november2015/flags2.jpg (source: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/communications/medialibrary/images/november2015). The area in charge of visual identity and logo, which is part of Marketing Communications is here: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/externalaffairs/marketing/marketingcomms.
