Shield
parted per pale of Vert and Argent; at dexter two keys Or in saltire, surmounted
by a triple towered castle Argent masoned Sable, at sinister a cross Gules
surmounted by a mitre Or between four martlets Sable, the whole within a bordure

Meaning:
The dexter half displays the arms of the Oxford Church of
St. Peter-le-Bailey, now being the college chapel. The sinister half displays
the arms of the founder of the college’s predecessor St. Peter’s Hall, Francis
James Chavasse, Bishop of Liverpool, who died in 1928, before the school was
established in 1929. It attained full college status in 1961. One of the
founders twin sons, Bishop Christopher Chavasse, became the 1st Master. His
brother Noel Chavasse had been Oxford’s greatest military hero, who is the only
one, having gained the Victoria Cross twice in WWI.

The flag is green with ratio 1:2, charged in centre with a white castle with
three embattled towers, superimposing a pair of golden keys in saltire. The
pattern is the dexter half of the college arms without bordure.
