The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, horizontally divided in three equal parts, blue, yellow, and blue, with a white right-angled triangle placed along the hoist.

The coat of arms of Villalba de la Sierra is prescribed by an Order issued on 25 May 2005 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 10 June 2005 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 116, p. 11,867 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Vert a walled town argent on waves azure and argent, 2. Azure three-peaked mount or. The shield surmounted by a Royal Spanish crown.
