Symbols of As Pontes de García Rodríguez

The flag of As Pontes de García Rodríguez (photo) is horizontally divided dark red-dark green, with the municipal coat of arms in the center. Between the coat of arms and the fly are place nine white cannons (3 + 3 + 3).
The coat of arms is "Gules two bridges or masoned sable, the first two-arched, the second one-arched, surmounted by a tower or masoned sable port and windows azure, in base wavy argent and azure. The shield surmonted by a Royal crown.

Red represents energy. Green represents agriculture and the town's wonderful countryside. The nine cannons remember those sent and used during the seizure of Granada in 1492.
