The flag is pretty clear: a blue flag with a white disc in the center, charged with a red S and 4 stars in the corners. If it wasn't for a small detail, it would have been pratically identical to a flag I sent at 11.05.2004, identified, although not very positively, as Jos H. Soest: a larger disc (and letter) isn't much of a difference.
But there's the detail: instead of being 5-pointed, the stars are now 6-pointed.
Regarding the caption, it's not very clear. The first word seems to be "Hans", but that's doubtful; The second word is practically illegible, and Korr is just something whose shape is close to the overall shape of this word; the third word, "Schmidt", is the only one that is practically certain.

Five-pointed stars on No. 103 (Hans Hinrich Schmidt, Hamburg) of the on-line 1912 Lloyds Flags & Funnels.

That turns this flag identical to the other one. A bit strange for contemporary (especially if unrelated) companies. I think some deeper digging on this issue would probably be advisable, and I'll wait till we have some more answers before I reGIFf (not that there's much to change, really).
