Korb Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Or a grapevine Azure, at sinister Azure a beehive Or.
Originally the local symbol had been an initial "K" in 1686. The village mayor's seal from the end of the19th century displayed a grapevine with two additional branches, later on also in coloured stamp prints. The beehive (German: Bienenkorb) was added as a punning symbol and a distinguishing mark.
