It is a green-white-green vertical triband with ratio of stripes 1:2:1. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Seebach Coat of Arms

Italian shield Vert fimbriated Argent, in base a cogwheel Argent, in chief two pipes Maron in saltire.
Meaning:
The pipes are representing the wood turners as an important business line in the past. Since about 1740 especially pipes had been manufactured. In 1900 there had been more than 50 manufactories in the village. The cogwheel is representing industries. The green colour is alluding to Thüringen as the green heart of Germany.
