Unterkirnach Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, issuant from base a triplemount Vert, each peak topped by an embattled tower Gules, the cntral tower being bigger.
Meaning:
The City of Villingen had been the local ruler since 1506. The village belonged to the Landgraviate of Breisgau, a Habsburg dominion, until 1806 and became afterwards a part of Baden. The first seal of the reeves of Kürnach displayed the 1807 pattern of the Badenian arms. The current pattern was used in local seals since the middle of the 19th century. It is not known, whether two towers refer to the castles of Roggenbach and Kürneck.

The arms were proposed in 1902 and adopted by the municipality on 12 October 1930. The banner probably never had been approved officially.
