Dietingen Coat of Arms

Renaissance shield parted per pale; at dexter parted enhanced per fess dancetty of Argent and Gules; at sinister Or a bear rampant Sable, armed and tongued Gules.
Meaning:
The piles are taken from the arms of the Counts of Sulz, the bear is taken from the arms of St. Gallen Abbey. Abbey and counts either owned estates and privileges or had been local rulers in all municipalities, incorporated into Dietingen.
