Irschenberg Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, kneeling on base of flames Gules a bishop dressed Argent with chasuble Or and mitre Argent seamed Or.
Meaning:
The arms are based on a votive image, depicting the martyrdom of St. Marinus, who was burnt in Irschenberg in the 7th century, together with his companion Aignan.
