Lossatal Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, issuant from base a triplemount Vert charged with a fess wavy Azure fimbriated Argent, on central peak a tub Sable with two visible wheels Argent, charged with hammer, mallet and chisel Argent, an impending pair of grain ears Vert on each other peak, issuant from both flnches a demi-oak Vert couped per pale.
Meaning:
The fess wavy is representing the name giving river Lossa. The tub and the symbols of mining are symbolising the depletion of quartz porphyry. The ears are symbolising agriculture, the oaks forestal riches and the triplemount the mountainous landscape.
