Kressbronn Municipal Banner

In a silver shield is a red gonfanon with three tails. At each tail there are golden (= yellow) fringes. Beneath the gonfanon is a black pair of connected triplets of cherries, one triplet at each side.
Meaning:
Until 31 August 1977 the name of the city was simply Kressbronn. The arms display the gonfanon of the Counts of Montfort-Tettnang, successors of the Palatine Counts of Tübingen, who ruled the area for many centuries until 1780. To distinguish the arms of the city from those of the family, cherry branches were added in the lower half. The area is known for its cherry orchards.

The banner was approved in 1955, probably by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg. The coat of arms was approved in 1935.
