The flag

The flag of the Czech Olympic Committee is white with its logo of the national flag above the Olympic rings. This flag exists only in statute, no photo yet.

"The Český olympijský výbor (ČOV) (Czech Olympic Committee) is the non-profit organization representing athletes from Czech Republic and at some point of Czechoslovakia as well. It was formally established on May 18, 1899, which was an evolution of the earlier Česká amatérská atletická unie (ČAAU) (Czech Amateur Athletic Union) created in 1897. It was renamed Československý olympijský výbor (ČSOV) (Czechoslovak Olympic Committee) in 1919 (other sources mention 1920). This evolved into the Československým všesportovním výborem (ČSVV) (Czechoslovak Sporting Committee) in 1927 (other sources mention 1928). On May 15, 1945, ČSOV resumed activities again inherited from ČSVV.

During the dissolution of Czechoslovakia, the Czech Olympic Committee was reconstituted under its original name on December 21, 1992, and the Slovak Olympic Committee was thus created in 1992 as well."

After discussions with the Czech editor offlist, we both discovered there is another flag used during the 2014 Sochi Olympics. This banner was used on Letna Hill, in Prague, during the course of the 2014 Games to help promote the Czech team competing in the games.
