Description of the flag

The Native Council of Prince Edward Island is a community of Indigenous people living off-reserve in traditional Mi’kmaq territory. NCPEI is the self-governing authority for all off-reserve Indigenous living on Epekwitk (PEI). https://ncpei.com/
