Blazoning of arms (English): Vert, in base a city wall with four embattlements and a gate tower with three embattlements, all Argent, issuant thereof Saint Paternianus with coat and mitre Azure fimbriated Argent, undergarment purpure, holding an open book Argent in his sinister and a crozier Argent in his dexter.
