The flag

Papaschase First Nation (Papaschase Band No.136) is another unrecognized tribe in Alberta. Their reserve Papaschase I.R. 136 was dissolved and the Band dissolved in 1888. In 1999 descendants of this Tribe recovered and re-created the Band, demanding return of their rights. Here are attached image and photo of the flag.
