The flag of Uruguayan Olympic Committee is white with Olympic rings in middle,
national flag on top and name on bottom.

The Uruguay Paralympic Committee, like many other NPCs, uses a logo on a
white background. The logo is a modification of the national flag and a
face-less sun is above the wings (?) that normally form the stripes on the
national flag. The design rests above the three Agitos; this overall mark is
above the text "Comité Paralímpico Uruguayo" (in
