The athletic supporters' flag for Pennsylvania College of Technology, the
Wildcats, uses as its basis the graphic found by Paul. The flag is one of
the typical sports fans' variants available here in the US, using the US
national flag as the basis. In this case, the red stripes and dark blue canton
have been changed to light blue, one of the college's athletic colors, while the
white stripes and stars remain white. The athletic teams' logo, the grey, black,
and white head of a wildcat, is superimposed over the stars in the canton.
