The town of Woodstock, Virginia, in the Shenandoah Valley, was fairly covered with the town flag, burgundy or maroon with a seal-like device. However, it was not the seal of the town as painted on the local water-tower and "welcome to Woodstock" signs, which show the figure of the Revolutionary leader, Rev. Peter Muhlenberg. Instead, the flag has a round design in the center showing a stylized mountain range with a curved blue-white-blue band across the bottom (representing the Shenandoah River, evidently) and a star on the highest of the mountains. Above the disk is a spray of gold flowers and below it the name of the town, also in gold. I can't find the flag logo on the net, unfortunately.

Woodstock is a town of about 3,200 people, chartered in 1761, and is the seat of Shenandoah County.
