Description of the flag

Hitchcock is a city in Galveston County, Texas, United States. The population was 6,386 at the 2000 census.

Hitchcock officially became a City on January 30, 1960. It is one of the oldest communities on the Galveston County mainland and was named for Lent M. Hitchcock, a ship's pilot and later land speculator. At the time of incorporation, Hitchcock was included in the Galveston County Water Control and Improvement District 7.

The official website shows on image, which at first I thought it was city logo. However the filename is "flag" and in closer look it looks like a photo of the actual flag.

Harborwalk is a seaside community located in south mainland Galveston County on the West Bay. The community is built onto the Flamingo Isles which were made by cutting inland waterways into the shore. Along with the residential isles were a marina an a hotel, which were also part of the community.

The flag is a white field with the community logo in the center.
