Description of the Flag

I sent an email to the village burgess who confirmed the village had it's own flag, and allowed me to come meet him to take a photo of the flag.

The flag is a white field with a rose in the center. Arched over the rose is the village name, with the incorporation year below. The burgess was unable to give me information on how long the flag has existed, or who had made it.

The seal depicts a lone homestead on a hill, with a couple of trees around it with the sun rising. On ether side of the ring is a rose, which is what the town was named after.
