I've only found one picture on the city's Facebook page, from July 2021, showing
a flag with the new logo. The added text probably has the city name on top and
the county name below:

The flag above is best guess of the look of this flag, based on the Facebook
photo and the emailed info. I made the text dark green because it's close to
what's used on the edges of the logo. But I've also provided a
version with a
"bright" dark blue, but the color is unclear.
