The flag is diagonally divided by a narrowing rising white diagonal with 10 red stars. The upper field is blue with the seal in the upper hoist; the lower field is horizontally divided blue-red-blue.

After asking the Wray Museum Director, I received a response. The flag of Wray was created for the centennial celebration in 1986. Two year prior to the centennial, a contest was held for citizens to design a new city logo; in the upper left-hand corner of the flag is the winning logo. The rest of the design was created by the Wray Centennial Celebration Committee. The flag was displayed in front of City Hall during the summer of 1986, but nowadays it is displayed in the community center.
