2019 flag

Students at Manitou Springs Middle School started a contest on December 2017, whose winners by popular vote were announced in January 2018. The official flag was developed and was finally raised in May 2019.

I am sad to report the city does not use a flag as of now, as it remains forgotten.
In person, I asked the city clerk, who in turn asked another official; none knew about the flag. The Chamber of Commerce was then asked, which mentioned that the flag was briefly flown outside of the city hall (in 2019).
