Alstons Shipping Ltd, being a Trinidadian shipping agency established at Port of Spain, belongs to the large Ansa McCal distribution group of the United States.
Quoting <www.ansamcal.com>: “Alstons Shipping Limited (…) supports cargo vessels belonging to major Shipping Lines that call at Ports of Pt. Lisas and Port-of-Spain [,] petroleum tankers owned by major petroleum and energy sector companies [and] Panalpina, one of the largest freight and logistics management companies providing air and ocean cargo services globally.
Alstons Shipping Limited recently acquired the agency for Jan de Nul, the largest dredging and land Reclamation Company in the world.”
In addition to this, the firm represents SGS (verification and certification) and a number of important shipping companies. More on the Alstons website.
Shown on the webpage as a drawing, the house flag is red with a white disk bearing a black initial “A”. Very likely this flag appears in the last photo on this page, dedicated to 125 years of business activity (inter-faith thanksgiving service, 30 Jul 2006, beginning and ending with a flag parade by the way):
Founded in 1905 by local entrepreneur George R. Alston (active in agricultural trading since 1881; merged with McEnearney importers of cars and appliances, 1969; taken over by manufacturer and food company ANSA, 1986.

Melville Shipping Ltd (not to be confused with a Canadian firm so named) is a shipping agency in Trinidad & Tobago established at Port-of-Spain and operating further offices at Pt. Lisas, Pt. Fortin, and Scarborough. Company site: http://www.melvilleshipping.com
Founded in 1960 by E. Melville and taken over by the Neal & Massy Group in 1977, the firm offers "husbandry services" (pilotage, towage, mooring, customs, etc.), stevedoring, brokerage, and liner representation (currently Marfret, France).
Biography of "Ernie" Melville: http://www.nalis.gov.tt/Biography/bio_ErnieMelville_shipping.html

The house flag, shown as a drawing on the site and if taken at face value, is white within a black border; a central horizontal stripe, also black, is interrupted by a large red initial "M" without serifs. These are in fact the national colours. No photo found, not even a mere table flag.
