The flag is white with a centred logo at fly annexed the full name in three lines in dark blue letters except the word "Xadrez", which is red with an additional green backslash at its initial. The logo consists of part of a chess board in red, green and blue, tow vertical stripes emerging to bottom of red (longer) and green, above are some connected chess pieces, from hoist to fly a blue rook, a green bishop and a blue knight, in front of all a white pawn.
