The commune (freguesia) of Cabeça, in the municipality of Seia, has a yellow flag with the coat of arms in the middle. The coat of arms is interesting because it has a sheep over a mountain, but the sheep’s feet don’t touch the mountain.

The arms are Vert, in base a snowy mountain issuant, above a couped sheep Argent. A pair of spurs Or in chief with one spur in each corner. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "CABEÇA".
