The shield is Or, semy of vine leaves Vert, a saltire Sable. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "VINHAS"
Meaning:
"Vinhas" means "vineyards": the arms are thus canting (crossroads among vineyards).
