It appears Badiraguato does not use a municipal flag.

The coat of arms of Badiraguato was adopted on 15 September 1978, being designed by the painter Miguel Ángel Velásquez Tracy who previously designed the coat of arms of Mocorito. The shield is crowned by a fort reading BADIRAGUATO, with four towers for the towns of Conimeto, San Juan, Santa Cruz, and Alicama, that formed the settlement. The inner section of the shield is divided by a red band with Indian footprints, remembering that they came to these lands by pilgrimage. To the upper-left is the confluence of the Badiraguato River, below a bird and a typical building of the colonial era. To the upper-right section, it is divided in half, the upper part yellow and below green. On the green is a mountain range for the environment and crossed pick and shovel for mining. On the yellow is a map of the municipality, with the year 1605 over it, when it was founded by the missionaries. To the left is a Christian cross for faith and the evangelization of peoples here. An eagle representing the Nationality bears the shield, with his claws on a scroll reading "ESTADO D SINALOA".
