From my research, it appears Los Cabos does not have a flag.

Judicial Branch of the State
Every time a new government is elected, the council flag on a staff is replaced to reflect the change in government; after all, it isn't like the new
council wants to have the old one's in its possession.

According to El Escudo de Armas del Municipio de Los Cabos,
the coat of arms of Los Cabos was selected after a public competition started by the Municipal Council of La Paz. Its jury was composed of:
Fernando I. Cota Sandez, Carlos Manuel González Ceseña, Mauricio Peláez Cota, and Cirilo Gómez Medina; professors
Gil Palacios Avilés, Leonardo Gastélum Villalobos, and Enrique Guerrero Montaño; as well as the representatives of the delegations
of San José del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas and Santiago (the three becoming a part of the Los Cabos Municipality).
The design was chosen in the House of Culture in San José del Cabo on 28 November 1980; the winning design was that of the Bachelor of Architecture
Víctor Hugo Green Palacios. Although Los Cabos was created on 10 April 1980, the council of La Paz presided over it until it could finally have its
own council on 31 December, which is why it was the council of La Paz that held the competition. Its description as acknowledged by the council is as follows:
The Municipality has a coat of arms with the following characteristics:
It is formed by a vertical rectangle with a point at its bottom, and is in four sections marked with the color yellow. In the section on the lower left, the arrival of the missionaries to the Lower Californian lands is represented, inhabited by indigenous groups of Pericúes in the year of 1730, signifying the historic past with the foundation of many towns in the region. In the lower right, the principal economic activities at the time of the area's municipalization in 1980 are depicted [tourism, fishing, and transport]. In the upper left, the importance given to the development of cultural and civic values in the region is reflected, represented by the Cerro de la Bandera [hill] in the Subdelegation of Buena Vista. In the upper right, the defense of the zone of Los Cabos by Lieutenant José Antonio Mijares against the north-american invasion. In the center of the coat of arms, in a circle, the famous Arco de Cabo San Lucas is depicted, reflecting its rays of sun, which has given fame and importance of tourism to the Municipality of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
