For Calvillo, I only found an unofficially-adopted municipal flag. It is white with a colored coat of arms of the municipality in the center.

Description of the coat of arms, found in Article 2 of the Municipal Code:

Article 6 - The coat of arms of the Municipality of Calvillo is divided into five parts which contain, in the first in the upper left on a gold field, some hands sustaining fruits which the region produces (guava, avocado, and lime); in the second, in the upper right on a silver field, an image of Christ crucified, who is invoked as the Lord of the Saltpeter, traditionally venerated in this Municipality; in the third, in the lower left on a blue field, the cupula of a parochial church and gateway shows the local architecture which gave the origin to the foundation of the city; in the fourth, in the lower right on a golden field, in natural scenery a dam which represents the agricultural development of the region, in the background the Sierra [mountain range] and Cerro [hill] del Laurel, and in the fifth in the center an open book with the abbreviation Art. 115 for the Constitutional article 115, which fortified the municipal autonomy. It also carries a border with a motto as a legend...which reads: "TIERRA PRÓDIGA, GENTE LABORIOSA, FRUTO GENEROSO, VALLE DE HUAJÚCAR" [PRODIGIOUS LAND, HARD-WORKING PEOPLE, GENEROUS FRUIT, HUAJÚCAR VALLEY] and in the crest a helm or helmet of a knight in silver that is shaded, with a gathering or lambrequin being symmetric with natural acanthus leaves, combined with azure, gules, and sinople.
