Comparing the dates of the various posts of photos, this version of the Wotho
flag appears to have been drawn before the one currently at the top of this page
and to be the most recent version used.

Wotho is on a shark sanctuary. I couldn't find what "dri bako ran" means,
maybe it's something like "the shark days" (bako=shark, ran=day, dri=3?)
