About the flag

The flag of Ialoveni district was approved by the district council on November 30, 2006 (approved by the national commission on heraldry on November 9, 2006). The authors of the coat of arms and the flag are S. Andriesh-Tabac and K. Cazac, the artists are Claudia Cazac and Natalia Rotaru.

The materials from the book "SIMBOLURILE NATIONALE ALE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA" were used

The flag was published in the "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" 2015. Anul XXII, 6 Martie.

The flag is blue with an arched grey door overlain by a red shield bearing a strung yellow bow and arrow.
