About the organization(s)

I'm unsure of the corporate structure linking two companies, but they are the "Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global" and the "Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization".

Here is a clear, expansive image of the "Organization" logo, whereas the "TAG.Global" flag has its "TAG.Global" name seen to the right of the top "AG" design on the flag.

Per Wikipedia: The "Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org)" is an "international holding company that operates out of more than 100 offices worldwide in the Arab region, Africa Europe, Asia and North America. TAG-Org is mostly noted for its role in supporting Arab innovators through promoting the concept and relevance of intellectual property rights (IPRs) in Arab countries."

In looking at the logo, the "AG" is rather obvious, but the "AG" is actually framed by a stylized "T" - making an overall "TAG" logo. Here are two flags for TAG; the "diagonal flag" is for the "Organization" (which has its logo at both the top of the flag as well as in the center), whereas the "horizontal flag" is for "Global" and mimics the "Organization" logo but has "TAG.Global" alongside the main corporate logo.

Current holding Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global seems to have been the evolution of at least two previous denominations: on its official website it is written "مجموعةطلال أبو غزالة الدولية" (Talal Abu Ghazaleh International Group) and we can also find what seemed to be the previous (or alternate) Arabic official website URL as https://tagi.com, standing for "TAG International" and on its header it goes by the label of "طلال أبوغزاله وشركاه الدولية" (Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International). The earliest denomination then was Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co (TAGCO) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talal_Abu-Ghazaleh_Organization). Its origin is dated either 1971 (https://www.crunchbase.com) or 1972 (https://www.linkedin.com).
