I have seen these two flags hanging outdoors together in Kolkata, India.

The venerable "The Statesman" reported on 18 January 2006 that the units of Kolkata (Calcutta) Police were allotted flags to be used for ceremonies.

"Mr Prasun Mukherjee, commissioner, Kolkata Police, said: “Earlier, the city police did not have so many units. When the units increased later on, the individual units used to display flags with colours unofficially decided upon over the years. Distinct flags have been designed for different units so that they can be used during ceremonies.”
Following the example of Calcutta Police in 1944, when distinct colours were allotted to 11 existing units of the city police on the eve of annual sports that year, distinct flags were given to 26 units today just a day before the annual sports. Mr Zulfikar Hassan, joint commissioner (Armed Police), said: “Officers of the different units will wear shirts during the annual sports bearing the colours of their units. It is not possible to allot individual colours to 26 units. So, the flag designs for the units have been made by combining various colours.” "

It is, theoretically possible to get images of the flags: "The first colour print supplement to the Kolkata Police Gazette carrying images of the new flags were published today."
