The coat of arms of Bebrina is "Azure a border guard argent".
It shows a guard soldier from the 18th century, when the region was part of the Military Border against the Ottomans (over the Sava river, in current Bosnia and Herzegovina).

The ceremonial flag is a blue gonfalon, triangularly ending, with the coat of arms in the middle, bordered red and blue, above it a yellow inscription in two arches "OPČINA BEBRINA" and below it flanking the coat of arms an oak branch and three corn ears. The gonfalon is, atypically, bordered red, and has a golden fringe along the bottom.

Former symbols of Bebrina

The former symbols of Bebrina are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbu i zastavi općine Bebrina, adopted on 26 May 2000 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 11 July 2000 in the County official gazette Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, No. 6.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, dark blue with the coat of arms in the middle. The height of the coat of arms is 2/3 of the flag width.
The coat of arms is described as blue bordered red, with a border guard figure, the bottom 2/5 are divided with wavy lines into dark blue and yellow, from the latter a fish issuant. In the chief is the sun over which are seen "shadows of wild geese flying". These symbols were, seemingly, not approved by the central authorities.
