The company, part of Onassis empire, is chartered in Monaco, flying the Liberian flag. Their ship, the Arrow, was involved in a major oil spill off Nova Scotia (Chedabucto Bay). Actually Olympic operated the Arrow, on lease from another company.
The house flag of Olympic Maritime is shown in The dumpy book of ships and the sea [sam57], as a triangular dark blue flag edged yellow all-around with a white cross throughout also edged yellow, and on the the intersaection a red square diamond, also edged yellow, with a yellow Ω (for Onassis) on it.

In a series of postcards of unknown origin, on postcard #9, 3rd row, the 4th flag is shown for Onassis Group as a blue triangular flag, horizontally divided blue-white-blue.
