The municipality of Duruelo (166 inhabitants in 2014; 1,726 ha) is located in the north-east of the Province of Segovia, 15 km of Sepúlveda and 60 km of Segovia.

The flag and arms of Duruelo are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 5
May 2014 by the Municipal Council, signed on 4 August 2014 by the
Mayor, and published on 25 August 2014 in the official gazette of
Castilla y León, No. 162, p. 58,596 (text).
The symbols are described
as follows:
Flag: Rectangular flag, in proportions 2:3, made of two stripes in proportions 1/3 and 2/3, separated from each other by two blue and white wavy stripes of 1/16 of the flag's height. The hoist red, charged in the middle with the municipal coat of arms in full colours, and the fly made by two horizontal stripes, the upper crimson and the lower green.
Coat of arms: Vert a pairle wavy argent and azure in chief a spike or and a lamb per fess, the spike dexter and the lamb sinister, dexter an oak fimbriated argent eradicated proper fructed or sinister a savin juniper fimbriated argent eradicated proper fructed sable. The shield surmounted with a Spanish Royal crown.
