The Flag

According to GAD Tomebamba:
Green signifies the wealth and production of the parish
Red represents the injustices committed in previous years, where people and families maintained fights and arguments, which led to revenge and murders.
White signifies the Catholic faith and the peace which came after the '60s; today there is harmony and respect in all citizens of the parish.

Physical images of the flag look like they could be blue, but they are not.
