Shield barry of six of Azure and Or, over all a panther rampant Gules.
Meaning:
The six bars are representing the six former municipalities, which merged in 1978. Those were Burgmannshofen, Gansheim, Graisbach, Neuhausen, Schweinspoint and Marxheim proper. The panther is taken from the family arms of the Counts of Graisbach-Lechsgemünd, former local rulers between 1238 and 1327.
