Shippagan

In the municipal reform of 2023 the Town of Shippagan was created from the former Town of Shippagan and the former Village of Le Goulet plus unincorporated areas.

Description of the flag

Gloucester county

The city has a white flag with coat of arms (perhaps with name? details hard to make out).

I had an image in my files from 2000, that I got on the town website. We don't know how exactly it's used on the flag (we don't know whether the motto or name of the town shows on the white flag, etc.).
