from inside the Vanuatu Parliament building, shows a number of flags around a
circular court or corridor. They don't appear to be the subnational district or
provincial flags, as the design is basically the same on each flag, four stripes
of black, green, red and yellow with the national boar's tusk and namele leaves
over all. Additionally the shape of the flags is very specific, as if created
for a particular ceremonial or decorative purpose. So I wonder if these may be
some sort of specific parliamentary and/or decorative flags for the national
parliament building, which feature the essential colours and device of the
national flag.
