Description of the flag

The village of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, falls within Kenosha County in the far southeastern corner of the state. With a population of less than 6,000 in 2010, the name of the village refers to Lake Mary and Elizabeth Lake, two water features that define the village's environs.
