A white flag with the logo in green. Although the folds of the flag make this look like an O, it is likely the heart-shaped UP image visible on the city web pages, e.g. at www.uptexas.org/uptexas/media/upTexas/uploads/article_images/December-2012-Arbor.pdf (and on the previous flag below) from which this logo was created. I don't know what the green object partially visible above the UP logo is.
