Description of the flag

The City of Hanahan, South Carolina, has no documentation about their flag. This is the flag story reported to me by the city:

"The Hanahan Exchange Club wished to have a flag made to fly at the Hanahan High School's Home Coming Game one year and a lady in our community hand-made a flag for this event. The High School kept this flag. Years later, our Council decided to have an official flag made, so one was ordered."

The flag is flying in front the City Administration, but I can't get a picture of it.
