The logo is made of a light blue half circle which contains a scene of a sun
rising over an orange silhouette of a town. In the foreground is a black fence
with a tree. Under the half circle is a white rectangle with the municipality's
name with the state initials underneath. A black half-circle is attached to the
bottom of the rectangle with two quarter circles on either side of it.
